ABOUT
CREATING DELICIOUS MEMORIES
In 2010, after 25 years of working in many fantastic restaurants and cafes in London, working alongside some incredibly talented souls I moved to Brighton, completed a degree in Food and Culinary Arts and decided to set up on my own. I started my supper club to offer a relaxed dining experience, opening my home to create Brightons first club which was featured, reviewed and named as one of the UKs best supper clubs in Stylist magazine, Grazia and BBC Olive. I love my job which I feel is reflected in my cooking and my passion for customer service. I love the joy food brings to all occasions.
What I Do
Delicious and beautiful
Most cooks and chefs will say that ingredients and seasons are the key to good cookery, and quite simply, it is true, they are! Nature knows best. Consider a garden; during the summer months our bodies want to be refreshed with crisp vegetables, vibrant tastes, crunchy textures, zingy dressings and lots of soft herbs, we feel our way through winter eating roots and dark, richer foods piled on top of buttery mash. I love the variety, textures and colours that vegetables offer, they feature heavily in my cooking. I could not imagine a life without veg! I enjoy food that is aromatic, lively and full of taste.
